Our rates are structured in flexible blocks to suit various production timelines.

Reservation & Payment Terms

Weekend Policy: Weekend rates apply to all Public Holidays in Selangor.
Booking Duration: A minimum session of 4 hours is required for all bookings.
Extended Hours: Surcharges apply for productions starting before 08:00 or ending after 23:59.
Overtime: Any extension beyond the booked duration will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
Studio Capacity: To ensure an optimal environment for production, a maximum of 12 pax is permitted in the studio at any time.
Payment: To confirm and secure your date, 100% payment (including cleaning fees and security deposit) is required upon booking.
Tax: All quoted rates are net; no additional taxes apply.

Flexibility & Cancellations

Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled once to a new date within 2 months of the original date (subject to availability). If a new date is not secured within this window, only the security deposit and cleaning fees are refundable.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the shoot will receive a full refund, less a RM 100 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable (except for the security deposit and cleaning fees), unless due to official Government emergency measures.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, only the security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded.

Studio Guidelines & Liability

Equipment: Studio rental includes the physical set and listed fittings. Lighting equipment are available for separate rental upon request.
Care of Space: We take pride in our sets. All cabinets, furniture, and appliances must be handled with care.
Damages: Any damage to studio property will be billed at cost. If repair or replacement costs exceed the security deposit, the client will be invoiced for the balance.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The kitchen studio was a great experience! It's clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for all our lighting and equipment. The kitchen and island offer a bright and airy look. They also provide some simple but thoughtful props like plants and kitchenware for styling.

I loved that the air conditioning was nice and cool, keeping us comfortable throughout the shoot. The toilets are very clean and even separated for men and women - definitely a plus!

What I appreciated most was how responsive and helpful the owner was, providing clear instructions that made the whole experience smooth for me and my client.

Overall, it's a reliable spot for any production needing a kitchen scene. Highly recommended!

They even had basic cooking & baking ingredients available for use! The space was very clean & well kept. Apart from that the host was very friendly & helpful too, always tending to my enquiries. The studio offers at a very affordable rate and the owner is super helpful. All the kitchen equipment is complete, actually you can just walk in and have your cooking recipe or others commercial shoot. 👨‍🍳
The Studio owner is very patient giving all the clear instructions to guide you how to access the building and the facilities in the kitchen as well.
