Reservation & Payment Terms

• Weekend Policy: Weekend rates apply to all Public Holidays in Selangor.
• Booking Duration: A minimum session of 4 hours is required for all bookings.
• Extended Hours: Surcharges apply for productions starting before 08:00 or ending after 23:59.
• Overtime: Any extension beyond the booked duration will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
• Studio Capacity: To ensure an optimal environment for production, a maximum of 12 pax is permitted in the studio at any time.
• Payment: To confirm and secure your date, 100% payment (including cleaning fees and security deposit) is required upon booking.
• Tax: All quoted rates are net; no additional taxes apply.

Flexibility & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled once to a new date within 2 months of the original date (subject to availability). If a new date is not secured within this window, only the security deposit and cleaning fees are refundable.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the shoot will receive a full refund, less a RM 100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable (except for the security deposit and cleaning fees), unless due to official Government emergency measures.
• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, only the security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded.

Studio Guidelines & Liability

• Equipment: Studio rental includes the physical set and listed fittings. Lighting equipment are available for separate rental upon request.
• Care of Space: We take pride in our sets. All cabinets, furniture, and appliances must be handled with care.
• Damages: Any damage to studio property will be billed at cost. If repair or replacement costs exceed the security deposit, the client will be invoiced for the balance.
