Booking & Payment

• Weekend rates apply on public holidays in Selangor.
• Minimum booking of 4 hours is required on weekdays and weekends.
• Surcharge to apply for booking starts earlier than 8am. or ends later than 11:59pm.
• Cleaning fees and refundable security deposit is required as stated in the table above, subject to the number of pax and days of booking.
• If the actual number of pax exceeds the total pax booked, the security deposit will not be refunded.
• 100% payment must be made upon booking, along with security deposit and cleaning fees.
• The booking date will not be reserved until the full payment is received.
• Additional hour(s) beyond booked duration will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. 
• All prices quoted above are net, no tax is applicable.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Booking can be rescheduled to a new date within 2 months from the original booked date, subject to availability. If a new date is not set within the 2 months period, only security deposit and cleaning fees can be refunded. 
• Booking can only be cancelled more than 7 days prior to the booked date, a full refund (minus RM100 processing fees) shall be arranged in this case.
• Except due to emergency measures imposed by the Government, cancellation within 7 days prior to the booked date will not be entertained, only security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded in this case.
• Only security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded in case of no show.

Usage of Studio

• All kitchen cabinets, fittings, furniture, appliances, equipment and accessories available in the studio must be well taken care of.
• Damages to any item in the studio will be billed if the cost of repair or replacement cannot be covered by the security deposit.
• The balance of the security deposit will be refunded if the cost of repair or replacement is lower than the deposit.
• Camera, shooting and lighting equipment are not included in the studio rental but can be rented separately if required.
